  • Assisting the Provost in setting the Academic Priorities for UCF for the short and long time horizons
  • Assisting the Provost in developing and implementing the Faculty Cluster Initiative (FCI) for hiring 35-50 new faculty members for the 2015-16 cycle
  • In partnership with the other Provost Fellow, developed the request for proposals for the FCI initiative and the evaluation mechanism using two panels – idea and collaborative readiness.

  • Served on the Search Committee that selected Frank Brogan as the Chancellor
    of Higher Education for Florida in 2010.

  • Voted for the establishment of the College of Medicine and the new on-campus Football stadium at UCF.
